Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The maximum 02 (two) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period last five (5) years. (b) General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP System. (c) Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods, shall be at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 20 (Twenty) years, with a value of at least BDT 18.00 (Eighteen) lakh under a single contract in the public or private sector. The experience shall be substantiated by a Completion Certificate issued or duly certified by the relevant Procuring Entity or Client. (d) Financial Capacity: The minimum amount of financial resources available to the Tenderer, in the form of liquid assets, working capital, credit line(s), specific credit commitment or a combination thereof, net of other contractual commitments, shall be BDT 22.00 (Twenty-two) lakh, supported by the documentary evidence and prescribed forms required under the applicable e-PG3 Tender Document.
