Instruction for Tenderer :
A. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and Related services as Supplier shall be 08 (Eight) years; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.).
B. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods in specialized water tender vehicles/ TTL/APL/Snorcal of at least 01 (One) Contract successfully completed within the last 08 (Eight) years with a value of at least Taka 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.).
C. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka 18.00 Lakh.
D. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
E. Up-to- date Valid Trade License as Supplier.
F. Up-to-date e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate.
G. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
H. Affidavit of non-blacklisting.
i. Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/ Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
j.The tyres manufacturing date (Dot code) must not be before 01-01-2025.
NB. The successful contractor shall deliver the goods at his own expense to the Office of the Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defence, Dhaka.
