Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License

(a) Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid License ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(b) Tenderers must have submitted up to date valid HDPE pipe manufacturer company authorization certificate, ISO certificate with emergency supply of pipe materials declaration.
 

Materials, Equipment and associated services from the following countries are not eligible:

Israil

(a) Tenderers must have imported HDPE electro-fusion fittings materials available in stock for emergency completion this works.

(b) Materials, Equipment and associated services from the following countries are not eligible: Israil
 

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 contract of (Similar the naturelike Pipe Line Work), complexity and methods/construction technology of the bid states) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 crore.

1. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper.
2. Tender shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supply and construction of minimum 400mm dia HDPE pipe line works done by using HDD method in coastal areas under public sector of at least 1(one) contract of successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5.00 crore.
