a) Inclusive Monthly Rental Rate
The monthly rental rate quoted by the Service Provider shall be inclusive of all costs and incidental expenses, including vehicle rental, driver’s salary and allowances, overtime, license renewal fees, repair and maintenance costs, vehicle registration fees, fitness certificate fees, tax token, Advance Income Tax (AIT), taxes, duties and all other applicable expenses, except fuel costs if separately specified in the contract.
b) Fixed Contract Rate
The quoted monthly rental rate and unit rates shall remain fixed throughout the entire contract period. No adjustment or increase in the quoted rates shall be allowed due to changes in fuel prices, wages, maintenance costs, taxes or for any other reason during the contract period, except as expressly provided in the contract.
