(1) Reputed Firms/Company/Organizations with overall minimum 05 (Five) years of experience. (2) The Firm must have a minimum experience of arranging at least 02 (Two) national level events similar in nature. (3) The firm must have BDT 30 (Thirty) Lac amounts of liquid assets, submitted in the format mentioned in the STD. (4) The firm must have at least 02 (Two) personnel experienced in IT. (5) The firm should have minimum average annual turnover of at least BDT 90 (Ninety) Lakh over the last 03 (Three) financial years along with audit reports of last 03 (Three) financial years. (6) The firm must submit Audit Report of Last 03 (Three) years including DVC number which will be verifiable online where applicable. (7) Tenderer should submit an affidavit on appropriate stamp paper that the vendor has not been blacklisted by any Government/ Semi Government sector in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (8) Document demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm (brochures/company profile/other descriptive documents). (9) The firm shall have updated Valid Trade License, VAT registration certificate (BIN), TIN certificate, Acknowledgement Slip of Income Tax Return for the Assessment Year 2025-26 and other documents as per STD.
