(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar type of Work for amount not less than Tk. 6.00 (Six point zero zero) lac in a single contract of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization during last 5 (Five) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) financial years of Tk. 8.00 (Eight point zero zero) lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Tk. 8.00 (Eight point zero zero) lac in the form e-PW2a-8 (Failing to submit in e-PW2a-8 will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 7.00 (Seven point zero zero) lac.
(f) The Tenderer must have valid and up-to-date ABC Category Electrical license and Electric Supervisory license.
(g) The tenderer must have updated valid trade license.
(h) The tenderer must have Updated income tax certificate from NRB.
(i) The tenderer must have VAT registration certificate.
(j) All other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data Sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender.
