1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer shall be 03 (Three) Years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 3 (three) years with a value of at least of BDT 40 lac shall be required. 3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 14 lac. 4. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 20 lac over the last 3 (three) financial years. 5. a) Updated version of Trade License, Income Tax Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate with updated clearance certificate. b) Required Experience Certificate/ Work Completion Certificate proving authenticity of specific experience. NOA/Work Order/Purchase Order/Payment Certificate shall not be granted as Experience Certificate. 6. Type of vehicles: Manufacturing year 2018 or after for microbus.Vehicle registration papers, Tax token, Fitness Certificate, Route Permit papers (all are up to date) shall to be submitted.

Routes for Microbus: Route-01: Petrocenter–Kamalapur–Narayanganj (via Mayor Hanif Flyover) (07 seats)
Route 02: Petrocenter–Kamalapur–Jatrabari–Chittagong Road (via Mayor Hanif Flyover) (11 seats)
Type Of Vehicles:
Microbuses with Air Conditioning System for 02 (Two) Routes with Driver, Fuel & Other Maintenance Costs. The Model / Manufacturing year of Microbuses must be 2018 or after. Price quoted by potential service providers must be inclusive of Drivers' Salary & Overtime(If applicable), Fuel Cost, All Tolls (where required) & Other Maintenance Costs.

Time for completion of delivery of vehicles within 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of work order. Engagement period of all Vehicles will be 36 (Thirty Six) months from the date of Vehicle supply.
