The Tenderer shall possess a valid Trade License, e-TIN, and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), as applicable. The Tenderer shall meet the general and specific experience requirements stated in the TDS. The Tenderer shall meet the financial capacity requirements stated in the TDS. The Tenderer shall not be debarred or otherwise ineligible under applicable public procurement rules. The Tenderer shall submit the required technical specifications, samples (if applicable), and supporting documents. The Tenderer shall comply with all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the TDS and Tender Document.
