1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public/private sector/power sector as Prime Service Provider shall be 01 (One) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing maintenance service in public/private sector/power sector of at maximum 02 contracts of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of last 05 (five) years with a value of at least of BDT 7,00,000 (Seven Lakh) shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 9 Lakh (Nine Lakh). Bank statement/solvency not acceptable.
5. Vat and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote amount considering the Vat
and AIT accordingly.
6. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.
