| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
(b) The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor under public sector of at least 2 contracts of similar nature, i.e. supply, installation, testing and commissioning of on grid solar system successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 780 Lakh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least Tk 1570 lakh over the best three years in the last five financial years, and the minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1110 lakh.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment shall be Tk 530 lakh. The credit commitment certificate must be submitted according to the prescribed format.
(e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(f) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, valid ABC category electrical contractor and supervisory license have to be submitted.
(g) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter, Warranty Certificate, Country of Origin Certificate, Lab Test Certificate, ISO 45001:2018 Certificate of Manufacturer, Catalogue, technical data sheet & Brochure for Solar Panel, Inverters & AMR Meter have to be submitted.
(h) Radio Equipment Importer & Vendor Enlistment Certificate from BTRC, Membership Certificate from BSREA, Valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of the Tenderer have to be submitted. The tenderer should have required personnel & equipment capacity as per TDS.
