Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the AC/ Disel Generator related supply & services as Supplier shall be 5 years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in AC/ Generator or similar type Supply & Maintenance works under public sector of at least 1 (one) contract of same nature successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 24,00,000/- (BDT Twenty Four Lac). c) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: 1. Bank Statement/Credit commitment/Bank Gurantee for minimum liquid assests as per TDS. 2. Updated VAT, Trade licence. 3. Update Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Assessment Year 2024-25) 4. Authorization letter from Manufacturer. 5. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services must be furnised clearly by providing Country of Origin, Brand & Model name and Detail Technical Specifications of the product.
