1. The tenderer must have OMR machine facilities and Bonafide Printing Press Capable of making OMR forms with Litho Codes & QR codes
2. Valid Trade License 2026-27
3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-26 (Including TIN No).
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Minimum Tk. 4 (Four) Crore (/Attach supporting document).
6. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of specific experience and five years of general exp.
7. Appropriate document of minimum supply value of goods under a single contract in the last three years is Tk. 1 (one) Crore.
8. Experience Certificate (regarding three years specific experience in Supply of similar items with OMR Forms ) stating amount/ Photostat Copies of work order duly attested by any Class-1 Gazetted Officer regarding the supply of OMR forms with litho & QR codes .
9. Appropriate document of minimum production capacity or availability of equipment is/ are: Making of Minimum 1,00,000 answer scripts along with OMR forms capacity per day (Declaration on letterhead or brochures to be submitted
