Payments shall be made in line with performed services or agreed-on outputs in accordance with the Services performed, subject to certification by the Employer, that the Services have been rendered satisfactorily.

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

a) The vehicle must be in the name of the owner or in the name of the organization (including the rental agreement if rented).
b) The model of the vehicle supplied must be 2022 or later.
c) Bank Solvency Certificate (updated) must be attached to the tender.
d) The person/organization supplying the vehicle must have at least 03 (Three) years of general work experience in any government/autonomous, privately owned organization.
e) The person/organization supplying the vehicle must have at least 03 (three) years of experience in supplying 12 seater AC minibuses on rent for a single job worth at least 10.11 lakhs taka in any government/autonomous, privately owned organization.
f) Attested photocopy of the updated transport business trade license (2025-2026);
g) BIN (13 digit certificate);

h) e-TIN certificate;
i) Income tax payment certificate and VAT, income tax deduction certificate and invoice copy should be attached.
j) Updated vehicle fitness certificate, registration, route permit and tax token attested copy.
k) Annual turnover of 14.44 Lakh taka for the last 03 (three) years should be attached with the tender.
l) Certificate of experience in supplying AC Microbus on rent to at least 1 (one) government/semi-government/autonomous institutions in the last 3 (three) years should be submitted.

M) Before evaluation, the vehicle should be presented to the MT branch for on-site inspection.
