Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Reputed Contractors/Company who have a minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Solar irrigation system and related works, having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work, as specific experience of a value of Tk 100.00 (Hundred) lakhs for this tender; 2. The Specific Experience Certificate must have a valid e-GP Tender ID; 3. The minimum amount of Liquid asset shall be Tk. 100.00 (Hundred) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms; 4. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) lakhs during the last 5 years; 5. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender; 6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. 7. The Bidder must have Submite 1 nos of Pump motor and Motor Controler. at PD,office BADC, khulna. 8. The Bidder must have submite Manufacturer Authorization letter ( the manufacturer must be ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 Certified)
