1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be Seven [07] years. 

2. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service  at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of Five [05] years with a value of at least of BDT 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lac) shall be required  for Govt./Semi - Govt/Autonomous Bodies.

3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 19,00,000 (Nineteen Lac) over the last three financial years.

• Experience Certificate for supplying of vehicles copy of the contract/work order given by the purchaser.
• Trade license Valid for fiscal year 2026-2027 or up to date.
• Acknowledge Tax Return slip for last Fiscal Year (2025-2026),
• Up-to-date 13-digit BIN certificate.
• Company Profile including permanent and local address of the tenderer,
• Vehicle’s registration Papers, Tax token, Fitness certificate, Route Permit papers (all up to date till tender submission date) need to submit.
