The Tenderer shall have the following qualifications:

a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years*.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Lift) of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years*, with a value of at least Tk. 65,00,000.00 (Sixty Five Lac Only) under public or private sector.
c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 88,00,000.00 (Eighty Eight Lac Only).
d) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
e) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisor license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Income Tax Assessment Year shall be FY 2024-25.
g) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate (BIN).
h) Authorization letter from lift manufacturer.
i) Sole Agent/Representative/ Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.
j) Catalogue & technical specifications of proposed lift.
) Other qualifications stated in TDS & PCC.
l) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 (with all amendments) shall be followed.
m) The Tenderer shall provide Three (03) years of monthly maintenance, unconditional technical support and genuine spare parts at their own cost under an onward agreement with CMP (the User Agency). The Retention money (security deposit) shall be retained by the PE for Three (03) years from the date of completion and commissioning of the lift.

n) Warranty Period : Three (03) years.

* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
