Written authorization of the Tender signatory to commit the Tenderer, where applicable, with the authorized person's NID (ITT 20.1(f), read with Clause 36).
Valid e-TIN Certificate and Income Tax Return Submission Acknowledgement Slip for the Assessment Year specified in the TDS (ITT 20.1(h)(i) and (ii), read with 5.5).
Valid VAT Registration Certificate/e-BIN (ITT 20.1(h)(iii)).
Valid and up-to-date Trade Licence (ITT 20.1(g)).
Minimum available financial resources of Tk. 5,20,000 (Taka Five Lakh Twenty Thousand only), as liquid assets, working capital, credit line or specific credit commitment, net of other commitments. Evidence as per ITT 27.1(d): (a) Bank Statement showing previous day's closing balance and preceding three months' transactions; or (b) updated balance statement of an approved credit line; or (c) unconditional Specific Credit Commitment Letter in Form e-PG2-7, issued by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh not earlier than 28 days before the initial Tender submission deadline (ITT 14.1(b) and 27.1(d)).
Satisfactory completion of at least one contract for similar Goods, valued at Tk. 4,00,000 (Taka Four Lakh only), within the period specified in the TDS. Submit a Completion Certificate and supporting work order/contract documents showing the purchaser's name, address and telephone number (ITT 13.1(b) and 27.1(b)).
Provide detailed specifications of each quoted item in the designated Specification Box, demonstrating compliance with PE requirements. "As per Schedule" is not acceptable (ITT 26.2 and 26.3).
Other eligibility and qualification requirements shall be as specified in the TDS and e-PG2 (ITT 20.1(k), Clauses 25, 26 and 27).
