Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of General experience in the supply of goods (Air Cooler for class room) and related services.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods Procurement of Machinery and equipment (Air Cooler) of at least single [1] contracts successfully completed under public sector within the last five [5] of years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50,00,000.00 [Fifty Lakh only]. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy.
(iii) The minimum amount of Line of credits is Tk. 60,00,000.00 [Sixty lakh] only.
(iv) The supply of average production capacity over the last five [5] years was minimum Tk. 45,00,000.00 [Forty five Lakh only]. (Turn over by e-GP system OTM, LTM tender)
Special Instruction:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1) Updated valid Trade License: 2026-2027
2) An engineer holding an ABC Licence must be available and a resume must be uploaded.
3) VAT certificate with BIN
4) Income TAX Clearence Certificate (2025-2026)
5) Supplier should confirm after sale service.
6) Authorization Letter.
