Eligibility of the Proposed Tender Notice:

1.    General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of similar goods and related services as a supplier shall be 1 (one) year.
2.    Specific Experience:
The minimum specific experience of the Supplier in supplying and installing goods of a similar nature shall be at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least TK. 4.00 (Four) Lac in the public or private sector in Bangladesh. (Years counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP system).
3.    Liquid Assets / Working Capital:
The Tenderer(s) must have minimum liquid assets—i.e., working capital or credit line(s) in the original standard form of PG2-7—of TK. 6.00 (Six) Lac. 
4.    Catalogues and Specifications:
Marked catalogues and technical specifications must be submitted as required by the NBR.
5.    Mandatory Documents:
The intending tenderers must enclose a valid VAT Registration certificate, an Income Tax certificate, and an up-to-date Trade License.
6.    Governing Acts and Rules:
The Public Procurement Act, 2006 (PPA-2006) and Public Procurement Rules (PPR—current applicable version) shall be followed. 
7.    Regional Experience & Additional Terms:
Tenderers must have previous supply experience within Taxes Zone, Rangpur. 

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the e-TDS, PCC, and Section-6 of the e-tender documents must be followed and fulfilled.
