The following requirements must be met by all tenderers for electrical works :
a. Updated ABC Licence from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh (falsified data is prohibited).
b. Updated Trade Licence, VAT Registration and Income Tax Certificate.
c. Experience of 5 years in construction & renovation of 33kV, 11kV, 0.4kV lines and distribution transformer installation at related Distribution Utility (WZPDCL, BREB, BPDB, DPDC, DESCO, NESCO).
d. Annual Audit Report from a recognized Chartered Accountant firm for the last 2 years.
e. Tenderer shall not assign the works or any part thereof to sub-contractors; otherwise the tender will be rejected.
f. Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipment, Manpower & Services, NID and Authorization letter.
g. For more than one contract, liquid money must be the sum of liquidity of all individual tenders; a detailed certificate is required.
h. For more than one contract, manpower engaged for this work must be clearly specified.
i. Registration in the e-GP System under the appropriate user category. Invitation is open to all potential Tenderers.
j. Tenderer must have the legal capacity to enter into a Contract.
k. No conflict of interest for Tenderers or constituting parties.
l. No declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices (as per ITT Clause 3.4).
m. Not insolvent, bankrupt or subject to related legal proceedings.
n. Tax obligations under the laws of Bangladesh must be fulfilled.
o. The e-GP System must only be used for lawful, non-defamatory and non-harassing purposes.

Renovation of 0.4 kV line and construction of new 11/0.4 kV and 0.4 kV line under Baliakandi 11 kV feeder, S&D-2, WZPDCL, Rajbari
