1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years; 2)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Bangladesh Map/Terracotta works of minimum 350 sft within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh. 3)The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh over the last 03 (three) financial financial years or best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) financial years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) only. 5)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as specified format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal. 6)The Tenderer must have at least 3 (three) artists having Honours/Master's degree in Sculpture/Ceramics from Public University and 1(one) Graduate Civil Engineer. 7)The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
8) The tenderers must submit the necessary documents stated at TDS.
