1. Must have a valid and updated trade license, TIN certificate, updated income tax certificate, VAT registration certificate and NID.

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the maintainance / service/ repair of vehicle as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in maintainance / service/ repair of vehicle under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 Lac ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 6.0 (six) Lac (If a tenderer submits credit commitment letter, it must follow the format as specified in Form.
