Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in IT Industry in Bangladesh for at least 5(Five) years with at least 3(Three) years in the domain of Data Center Networking Solution, Software Service and Nuclear Safety Network . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of Tender. 2. At least one (1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last one (1) year, having a value of not less than Tk. 6,50,00,000.00 (Taka Six Crore Fifty Lakh) only. 3. Manufacturer Authorization: The Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter(s) (MAL), issued directly by the OEM, only for the items marked "MAL Required" in the Technical Specifications/TDS, and shall indicate MAL applicability item-wise in the Compliance Sheet. Each MAL must be issued in the name of the Tenderer against this specific Tender, confirming authorization for supply, implementation, and after-sales support in Bangladesh. 4. Up to date BASIS/BCS (Bangladesh computer Samity) Membership Certificate 5. Must be Complied Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services. 6. The Tenderer must submit the following ISO Certifications: i. Updated and IAF Valid 'ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)' ii. Updated and IAF Valid 'ISO 27001: 2022 (Information Security Management System) 7. Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in TDS & other part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
