(iv) The Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB, Technical Specifications, Different instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors. c)The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format.
