1. The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years. 2. A satisfactory completion of a similar supply of Chemicals of at least BDT 8 (Eight) lakh under one single contract over the last 5 (five) years. 3. The tenderer must submit the original catalog of the chemicals written in the BOQ. 4. The Bidder should be submit the manufacturer’s authorization /Agent/Dellar certificate for the pH Meter and Portable Dissolved Oxygen Meter. 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10 (Ten) lakh. 6. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & Nationality certificate must be attached. Failure to submit any one document mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non-Responsive of the tender.
