Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following: a) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (05) years; c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar Goods of a single contract successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 04.00 (four) lakh shall be required in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies; d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 06.00 (six) lakh (as per Form PG3A-8) ; e) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. f) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public procurement Act-2006,PPR-2025 and its amendment(s).
