Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
All the rules/regulations of PPR Act-2006, PPR Rules-2008 and PPR-2025 shall be deemed as the conditions of the tender .
(01) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 (Three) years.
(02) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works under public sector shall be at least in a single 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. =9,00,000.00 (Nine lakh) only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(03) Tenderer must submitted specific experience work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy/Manual work order & payment certificates, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(04) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh) only over the last 03 years.
(05) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =25,00,000.00 (Twenty five Lakh) only.
(06) Bank Transaction Statement for last 03 month.
(07) Bank Solvency certificate by Bank.
The Authority is not bound to accept the tender of the lowest bidder.
Special Instruction:
Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN, Income Tax Certificate (2026-2027). otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive.
