1. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in supply in ggoods and related services as a supplier. 2. The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter and a certificate of assurance for the supply of spare parts for the next 5 years. 3. The Tenderer must hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certification. 4. The Tenderer must have specific experience in supplying similar ICT goods under at leastone (1) contract, with a value of no less than 20,00000 BDT. This contract must have beencompleted within the last 5 (five) years for any Government, Semi-Government, autonomousbody, or private organization. 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderersshall be BDT 27 lac. 6. The Tenderer must submit the following documents: i. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate ii. Valid VAT Registration Certificate iii. Updated Trade License.
7. Manufacturer Warranty Certificate Must be submitted.
