Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. b) The bidder shall have specific experience of supply and installation of passenger lift of minimum value of BDT 50.00 Lac in a single contract in any government, semi government ,autonomous organization or private organization (not under own organization or sister concern organization) in last three years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The certificate shall be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer of PWD. In case of private experience, the same shall be vetted by concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that jurisdiction. c) The bidder shall submit all the quality assurance certificates for major parts (Controller, Gear, Motor, Rope, Safety Devices) of the Lift from TUV or any internationally accredited organization for the proposed brand of lift. The proposed brand of lift must comply with the technical specifications stated in the BOQ and tender document. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 61.00 Lac. In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank. e) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. f) Up-to date ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License issued from Bangladesh Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. g) All Other Certificates and qualification criteria as mentioned in TDS, GCC and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled. h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
