1.The bidder shall have general experience of performing electro-mechanical works of minimum 05 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT.
2. The bidder shall have specific experience of successful completion of electro mechanical works including substation, generator, lightning arrester, CCTV system, compound and security light, PABX & intercom system, solar system and pump motor in a single contract in any government, semi government or autonomous organization with a value of minimum 100.00 Lac BDT in the last three years; years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT.
3.The bidder shall submit valid Up to Date Trade License, ABC Electrical contractor and Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, VAT Certificate and Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN Certificate (Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2025-26).
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 75.00 Lac. In case of Line of Credit,
certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank.
5. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 110.00 Lac over the last 03 financial years or the best 03 years in the last 05 financial years.
6.Minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 115.00 Lac [To be submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, bill payment amount, remaining works amount and other required information]. 

7. All other conditions are mentioned in TDS, GCC, PCC of this tender.
