a) eGP registered; b) The tenderers must comply the following conditions: (i) Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Act-2006" and "Public Procurement Rules- 2025" for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors. (ii) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work; (iii) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment. (iv) The Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB, Technical Specifications, Different instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.
