01. The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 02 (Two) years.

02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of 11 KV Switchgear at 33/11 kV Substation or similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a value of at least Tk. 300,000.00(Three Lac).

03.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk . 450,000.00 (Taka Four Lac Fifty Thousand) only.

04. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 300,000.00 over the last 3 (Three) financial years.
