The Tenderer submit the following scanned documents from the originial copy. 

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.

2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor  in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of electrical repair work successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve lakh) in a prescribed form i.e ePW2A-8 form published by BPPA without any alterations.  

3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) lakh over the last 5 financial years.

4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment  of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakh in a prescribed form i.e ePW2A-8 form published by BPPA.

5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) lakh.

6. Must  submit up to date Trade license, VAT certificate, Up to date Income tax clearance certificate, Up to date Electrical contractor and Supervisory license from elctrical licenseing board, Bangladesh.

The tenderer must fulfill the above conditions, TDS and PCC, otherwise the tenderrer will be non responsive.
