The Audit Firm should have sufficient experience in Audit & Accounts services (a) A valid ICAB License. (b) A valid TIN Certificate; (c) A Completion Certificate for at least two (2) similar nature of Works executed by the Audit Firm during the last Five (5) years in any Government Sector, Autonomous Body or Corporation. (d) The Audit Firm should have sufficient manpower such as requisite number of qualified Chartered Accountants (ICAB) and other relevant staffs. (e) The Audit Firm Must be FRC (Financial Reporting Council) Enlisted.
Selection of Another Chartered Accountant (C.A.) Firms for Auditing 03 (Three) Financial Year( 2025-2026 to 2027-2028) Accounts of Bangladesh Bridge Authority
1. The Chartered Accountants undertakes to perform the services with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity;
2. The Client is expecting highest professional skill and attainment for the Client and that the Chartered Accountants shall endeavor to meet the expectation
1. The Chartered Accountants shall not assign to Contract or Subcontract any portion of it to anybody without the client’s prior written consent;
2. The Contract shall be governed by the laws and any other instruments having the force of law in the peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh;
3. The Chartered Accountants will provide information regarding the prepration of Accounts to BBA at a regular interval;
4. The Client and the Chartered Accountants shall use their best efforts to settle amicably all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract or its interpretation;
5. Payment of the bill shall be made by the Authority in a reasonable time;
6. Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice of at least 01 (One) month and the Chartered Accountants shall make arrangement for handover the brief to the Client in such circumstances;
