1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Two(2) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 6,00,000/- ( BDT Six Lac Only) under 01 contracts in the last 3 (Three) of years under any govt./Semi govt./ autonomous organization.
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 6,00,000/- (Six Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
4. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents:
a. Up to date Trade License
b. Up to date TIN Clearance Certificate with e-TIN Certificate and last income tax certificate of the last assessment year.
c. 13 Digit BIN Certificate with Up to date BIN Clearance Certificate
d. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate
e. Copy of Up to date Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) Certificate
6. All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products.
7. Bidder must declare comprehensive on-site warranty including Parts, Labor and Services 03 years of warranty certificate for Brand Desktop Computer & 01 year of warranty certificate for UPS.
8. Others documents as per TDS.
