1. Reputed Suppliers who have
a) Minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience of supplying goods are eligible only.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20,00,000.00/- (Twenty Lakh).
c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 35,00,000.00/- (Thirty-Five Lakh). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms. Bank Statement is not allowed as proof of Minimum amount of liquid asset;
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
3. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
4. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
