The tenderer must submit the following documents:
1. Valid Trade License. 2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate. 3. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate with TIN.(Min 2024-2025) 4. Bank Solvency Certificate. 5. NID Card. 6. Minimum Bank solvency of tk 30.0 (Thirty) Lac. 7. Yearly turn over is minimum tk 20.0 (Twenty) Lac over the last 03 (Three) years. 8. The tenderer should have a minimum of 3 years (counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper) of general experience of any construction works. 9. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Similar work successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20.0 (Twenty) Lac. 10. Any Other Qualification mentioned in the TDS.
Repair & Maintenance of Cooling Pond Backwash System, dismantling and replacing damaged portion with necessary materials / equipment.
