Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Tenderers shall have the up-to-date valid Trade license(s). 2) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Contractor/Sub Contractor shall be three (3) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 3) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity [i.e., Oil/Gas Pipeline Cathodic Protection (CP) system installation/operation/maintenance/development works, CP related survey etc.] completed over a period of twelve (12) years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper with a value of at least of BDT Tk. Forty-Nine (49.00) Lakh shall be required. 4) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT Tk. Sixty-Five (65.00) Lakh over the last three financial years. 5) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Sixty (60.00) Lakh. 6) The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT. Tk. 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh Taka) in favour of "Gas Transmission Company Limited". 7) Other additional documents and criteria specified in the TDS.
