Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years. 2. The Minimum Specific Experience as Similar Nature in construction works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk 22.00 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 24.00 lakh over the last 05 (five) Years [years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date]. 4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 7.50 lakh. acceptable in the form of (e-PW2A-8) mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. 5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License Up to Date Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS. 6. Work Plan/ Time Bound Action Plan, Manpower & Equipment List Must Be Submit. 7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
