Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed supply of mechanical goods/ Lube oil of minimum Taka. Twenty Lacs (20, 00,000/-) under a single contract in the last three (3) years. c) The Tenderer should have valid update Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
