| Eligibility of Consultant
|
1. As described in the tender document (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
3. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific experience of Similar Nature work of Tk.1000.00 lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organizations of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.
4. Those who have minimum annual average construction turnover in the last five financial years of Tk.1000.00lakh in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During the last 05 (five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 225.00 lakh. ((Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit Not before 11.07.2024).
6. Who have minimum tender capacity of not less than 1050.00 Lakh
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Valid Trade License.
(ii) Vat Registration.
(iii)TIN Number.
(iv) NID.
(v) Business Address.
vii) enclosed experience certificate for respective work.
8. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.
9. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
