04. The tenderer must have updated Environmental Clearance Certificate from Department of Environment (DoE).

05. The tenderer must have updated Fire Licence from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense.

06. The tenderer must have experience in the docking repair works of ships, pontoons, ferries, barge or any type of self propelled vessels under public sector as Prime Contractor.
