15.1(a)

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.

Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website.

15. 1(b)

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years of similar type of Flexible Pavement work with a contract value of minimum amount of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Core in a single contract.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years of similar type of Flexible Pavement work under maximum two contract with a minimum value of a Single Contract tk 20.00 (twenty) Core & minimum Value of two contract tk 63.00 (Sixty-Three) Core.

Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Website. [Partial/Substantial/incomplete work certificate of a project/work shall not be accepted]. (Completion Certificate from Govt. Organization or Autonomous body(s) is only acceptable).

The Tenderer must submit with the tender the above mentioned work certificates from the concerned Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project Director. In case of the experience in Roads and Highways Department in Bangladesh the attested copy of the requisite certificate for experience as stated above shall be from concerned Executive Engineer/Project Manager/Project Director of Roads and Highways Department and shall be submitted along with tender.

Note 1: It is mentioned here that during evaluation tenderers ongoing work performance (ADP works and PMP works) under RHD Cumilla Zone will be considered as a determinant of responsiveness.
Note 2: Tenderers are requested to read the "Information for Tenderer/Consultant" section of the Notice (IFT) of this tender and follow the instructions mentioned strictly.
Note 3: In case of JVCA the partner in charge of JVCA must have the above experience to participate in the tender.

Any / All Bangladeshi tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document
N.B:
1) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms (Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary document(s), which will considered for tender evaluation.
2) Tenderers are requested not to upload/ attach any unnecessary documents.
3) If any submitted documents are proved false at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers shall be considered as non-responsive.
4) The Tenders will be evaluated as per submitted documents in the e-GP system, Conditions of STD as per PPR-2008, Rules 98 & others up to date relevant rules of PPR-2008.
5) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken following Rules 127 of PPR-2008 & relevant clause of STD.
6) Non-submission of ongoing work under any PE organizations that affect the tender evaluation process will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.
7) If the total quoted price is more than 5% (Five percent) less or above than the APP Estimate cost, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.

Any / All Bangladeshi tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document
