This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Servicing, Maintenance & Operation of Lifts work. (B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk.5.50 (Five point five) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(five) years. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 05(five) years amounting of Tk. 05.00 (Five) Lakh only. (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets/working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 4.00(Four) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work only.
E)The Tenderer shall have a minimum Tender capacity 7.00 (Seven Lakh). (F) Up-to dated Income Tax Clearance,Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate. (G) Up-to dated ABC category & Supervisory licence.
H) The Tenderer shall be the local sole agent/ disributor of the lift ( ORONA ) manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer. I) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift ( ORONA ) for the next 01(one) year shall be submitted with the tender. J) The bidder must be sole agent of the proposed brand.
