Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 3 [three] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works at least Tk 9.00 [nine] Lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 3 [three] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Govt. / semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 9.00 [nine] Lac over the last 3[three] years.(9 Lac *3=27) Lac. Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Gurante of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10 [ten] Lac.Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities. 5.Tenderer will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10.000% above or below the approved official estimated cost according Bangladesh Government Gazette and up-date Standered Tender documents of CPTU. 6.N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC. Â
