(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines (Form PG2-5) net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 21.00 Lac (Tweenty One Lac) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.]
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);

(IX) Sample [200 gms Moshur Dal (Soru)] should be submitted to Sylhet Central Jail in 04 (four) transparent containers as per technical specifications before the date and time of tender opening. Name and signature of the tendering organization should be clearly mentioned in each container.
