The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
i. Up-to-date valid supplier Trade License 2024-2025.
ii. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
iii. 13 Digit BIN Registration Number/ Certificate
iv. up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document
v. Certificate Incorporation (for limited company)
vi. Affidavit of Ownership (for private company)
vii. Affidavit of legal capacity for authorized person. (optional)
viii. Original copy of the Manufacturer/Distribution Authorization Letter
ix. Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year.
x) Declaration of Non-Bank Corrupt and Non-Black List/ Litigation History
xi) The contract will be continued under frame work agreement according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008.
xii) The bidder will provide, required samples for physical verification at his own cost for the purpose of tender evaluation (if asked by evaluation / technical committee) If the samples found unsatisfactory, tenderer will be declared technically non-responsive.
