Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience. b) Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of RCC Frame Structure Construction Work of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five ) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district. c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.85.00 lac (Eighty FiveLac). d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) Lac. e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.35.00 Lac (Thirty five Lac) f) The Tenderer must possess: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate. g)Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
