1. Minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in the field of vessel/pontoon construction / repair/ rehabilitation works as Prime Contractor.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 contract in the field of vessel/pontoon construction/repair/rehabilitation works under Government./ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of similar nature, complexity and methods successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 Lac. Tenderer shall submit necessary documents in favor of his claim of experience.
3. Valid up-to-date trade license certificate.
4. Latest ISO Certificate.
5. NOC from Department of Shipping or MMD or Equivalent authority.
6. Tenderer should have own shipyard or dockyard.
7. Litigation certificate.
8. Minimum 1200 Metric Ton slipway Certificate from BUET or Equivalent authority.
9. VAT Registration Certificate.
10. Original Bank solvency certificate.
11. The required average annual vessel construction/repair turnover shall be greater than Tk 200.00 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
12. Work plan (BAR Chart).
13. Latest TIN & TAX Clearance certificate.
14. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 54.00 Lac.
15. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer Shall be Tk 75.00 Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in the form (e-PW2 (a)) of letter commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of work otherwise the tender will be rejected.
16. Audit report of last 03 years to be submitted.

Test Report of MS Plate

Any other required documents as per the instruction of PE

  The successful tenderer will be required to submit the following additional documents:

(i) Before the commencement of the works, the successful tenderer must conduct the digital thickness gauging survey and submit the shell expansion drawing marking the thickness of shell plates of hull .

(ii) Before the commencement of the works, the successful tenderer must submit the chemical and mechanical test report of MS Plate from BRTC, BUET. Only the MS plates of proven quality will be allowed for replacement.
