1) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor authorization letter shall be submitted.

2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.

3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 08 (eight) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years shall be submitted.

4) Tenderer shall submit sample brochure and catalog of related items to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.

5) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
